This exhibition offers a glimpse into the QUT Art Collection,
which comprises more than 3,000 objects. Bringing together
a selection of its most compelling works, the exhibition
highlights the richness and range of the university’s art
holdings. Featuring painting, sculpture, ceramics and works
on paper, it’s a celebration of the stories, ideas and aesthetics
that shape and reflect our shared cultural landscape.
The accompanying Art Lab is an experimental space that
grows and changes alongside QUT’s teaching and learning
needs, as well as the interests of the wider community.
Highlighting the importance of art, creativity and critical
thinking, it offers a hands-on, flexible environment that
supports learning through direct engagement with objects
and artworks.
